These terms cover use of the loopd website and the customer-facing features you may interact with at a loopd-enabled store — digital receipts, loyalty sign-up, queueing, and storefront ordering.
These Terms of Service apply to anyone visiting loopd.sg, or interacting with loopd's digital receipt, loyalty, queue, or storefront features at a participating merchant. If you are a merchant signing up to use loopd for your business, a separate Merchant Agreement governs that relationship and takes precedence for merchant-specific matters.

If you sign up for a loyalty programme at a participating store, the information you provide is used to track your points and visit history at that store, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask to have this information corrected or deleted at any time.
