The $45/month launch price is available to early merchants while we are in our initial rollout phase in Singapore. We have not set a hard end date, but once we move to standard pricing at $66/month, existing merchants on the launch plan keep their rate for life. The sooner you sign up, the longer you lock it in.
Setup involves on-site configuration visits, custom receipt template work, and hardware that we provide. The 3-month minimum allows us to properly configure everything for your specific business and gives you enough time to actually see the value in your customer data before making a longer-term decision.
No. loopd charges a flat monthly rate regardless of how many transactions you process or how many customers tap. No per-receipt fees, no per-tap charges, and no usage-based billing of any kind.
The loopd NFC device is yours to keep. If you cancel, your loopd dashboard and digital receipt service will stop, but the hardware is not returned.
No. The initial configuration visit is included in your plan. We believe in getting the setup right — so we come to you, configure everything properly, and do not charge separately for the time spent.
Pricing is per location. Each branch requires its own subscription. We offer discounts for multi-branch merchants — contact us and we will put together a proposal based on the number of locations and modules you need.
